Making the costumes, crafting the props, doing the make-up, styling the wigs, working on the photography and editing, the overal dressing up as some of the characters give me so much energy and it makes me extremely happy. With this I, of course, also try to make others happy by bringing their favourite characters to life.
Getting into a character is one of my biggest passions. Furthermore, my cosplays aren't just the outfit alone. I also study how the character acts and try to mimic them as close as possible. This way I can truly make a character come to life and that is one of the amazing aspects of this passion.
The team behind Valerie Cosplays tries to combine making and buying. Of course we try to make our own stuff but we are not afraid of asking for help or paying to get a costume exactly how we want and to fit my body type & the character.
